The local hunters manage the hunting estates and bring roe deer and venison to the kitchens of local restaurants. This is where we refine the tender and healthy meat, turning it into delicious dishes. "Game is much more than goulash and a roast leg of venison" - with this in mind, we explore the wide range of flavours associated with game at the hotel. Christine will show you how you can use simple tips and tricks to bring flavoursome variety into your everyday culinary life. Together we will work on stews, prepare prime cuts, and create a delicious game-based sauce or stock. We will reveal the secrets of the processing of game, and then sample the delicacies.
