"Top up on health & joie de vivre" is the motto in the Weissensee Nature Park. Discover numerous running trails, Nordic walking tracks and experience pure nature in real time on your sports holiday.
GOOD RUNNING
Run yourself fit on twelve running trails around Lake Weissensee. All routes have been measured, colour-marked, are equipped with information boards and are well thought out. At the beginning and end of each route are:
- Stretch bars at different heights
- Exercise boards with pulse rate guidelines
- Stretching instructions
- Overview boards with altitude profiles and levels of difficulty
There is also an information booklet with tips and detailed descriptions. And because proper running also needs to be learned, you have the opportunity to join weekly running groups for beginners and advanced runners.
NORDIC WALKING PARADISE
Nine Nordic walking trails of all levels of difficulty have been created on existing forest paths, in the open countryside and along the lakeshores. All trails are measured, colour-marked and are also equipped with information boards for orientation. The routing of the individual trails is particularly diverse and takes you to the most beautiful natural sites around Lake Weissensee.
