Wild Herb Walk: “Delicacies at the Meadow's Edge”
With herbal educator Elfriede Mazzarella-Kerschbaumer, you will be on the trail of wild (un)weeds with a basket and scissors.
Basic knowledge of wild plants for everyone. Wild herbs are the original forms of our cultivated plants, rich in important nutrients and very healthy. Together we will collect the most important herbs and prepare a tasty herbal snack and herbal smoothies for body, mind, and soul.
The understanding of biodiversity and the importance of protecting rare and protected plants are essential for the preservation of biodiversity and the sustainable development of our ecosystem.

Equipment: sturdy mountain shoes, weatherproof clothing, drinks
